How we collect and publish reviews

Only customers who bought from us can write a review. After the purchase they receive a personal one-time link by email — only if they agreed to review requests in their inquiry. Every review is marked “Verified purchase”.

We publish every genuine review, positive or critical. We remove only content that is unlawful or insulting, contains personal data of other people, advertising or spam, or has nothing to do with the product or the purchase. We may reply publicly to a review.

Reviews are not paid for and are not rewarded with discounts or gifts. The rating shown is the average of all published reviews; we do not sort or weight reviews by rating — the newest are shown first.

Older customer feedback on the website (emails up to 2018, published on our previous website and selected by us) is shown separately and is not included in the rating.
