Which wall thickness is right for me?
MyPatio smokers are available in 4, 6, 8 and 10 mm steel. The price rises with the wall thickness; the weight (110–370 kg) depends on size and wall thickness. Thicker walls make the smoker more massive; 4 and 6 mm are lighter and more affordable. You can filter by wall thickness in the smoker finder.
What is the difference between Classic and Reverse Flow?
In a Classic smoker, heat and smoke travel from the firebox straight through the cooking chamber to the chimney at the far end – it runs hotter near the firebox. In a Reverse Flow smoker, a baffle plate first guides the hot gases beneath the food to the end of the chamber and back, giving a more even temperature across the whole grill surface.
Which sizes are available?
The cooking chamber is 16.6″ (42 cm), 16.6″ Long, 20″ (50 cm) or 24″ in diameter, plus the compact NordShort with 16.7″. Some models also have a fixed smoke tower.
Where does MyPatio deliver?
To Germany (mainland), Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply.
Is the smoker delivered assembled?
Usually yes: smokers are delivered fully assembled as a rule. Delivery on a pallet is available for a surcharge.
How do I order?
Add products to your inquiry list and send a non-binding inquiry. You will receive a binding offer by email with the final price, shipping costs and expected delivery date. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer; payment is made in advance.
Are custom requests possible?
Yes, on request for example a rotisserie, a second grill level, thermometer ports or longer legs. Individually made smokers are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Which warranty and right of withdrawal apply?
The statutory warranty of at least 24 months from delivery applies. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal; large goods are collected by a freight forwarder (costs within the EU at most approx. EUR 350).
Who is behind MyPatio?
The online shop MyPatio.eu is operated by SIA “Montrex” in Riga, Latvia. The BBQ smokers are welded by hand in Latvia.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is stated in the binding offer we send you by email. If an item is not in stock after payment, we inform you without delay and give a new date; you may then withdraw and receive a full refund.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged for all products and countries; for smokers it starts at EUR 200. The exact cost depends on the delivery country, weight and type of delivery and is stated in the offer before you order.
How do I pay?
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is made in advance by bank transfer after you receive the order confirmation.
Do business customers pay VAT?
Prices for private customers always include VAT. Business customers with a valid VAT identification number receive deliveries throughout Europe without VAT — within the EU under the reverse-charge procedure. Please state your company name and VAT ID in your inquiry.
What does a MyPatio smoker cost?
Regular offset smokers cost from €770 (Classic 16.6″ · 4 mm) to €2,750 (Reverse Flow 20″ with Tower · 8 mm), incl. VAT, plus shipping (for smokers from EUR 200). Special models are listed separately; the final price is in the binding offer.
